Is the creek in your area full of trash?  Did you know all roadside litter eventually ends up in our waterways?  Help us clean up local waters.

It's easy and fun.  All you have to do is recruit a group to assist with the project.  Cobb County helps with the rest, including providing gloves and bags. 

Cobb County promotes participation in National River Cleanup Week in the spring and Rivers Alive in the fall.  Both events serve to raise awareness about waterway health.   However, you don't have to wait for a special event to clean-up the streams.  Scout groups, church groups, schools, and homeowners associations partner with Cobb County to clean-up their streams all year long.  Contact us for assistance.
